What's Covered
Our 12-month limited warranty covers mechanical defects resulting from normal use, including:
Movement malfunctions
Timekeeping issues caused by mechanical failure
Internal mechanical problems not caused by external damage
If a covered issue arises during the warranty period, our experienced watch specialists will inspect your timepiece and, when applicable, repair or replace the defective components at no charge.
What's Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from:
Accidental damage, drops, or impact
Water damage due to misuse or exceeding the manufacturer's water-resistance rating
Scratches, dents, fading, or normal cosmetic wear
Broken crystals, bezels, crowns, bracelets, straps, or clasps
Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
Authentic Luxury Timepieces
Every watch offered by QueensAlley is carefully inspected and authenticated before being offered for sale. Our team evaluates each timepiece for authenticity, functionality, and overall condition to ensure it meets our high standards.
Because many of our watches are pre-owned or vintage, minor cosmetic signs of previous ownership may be present and are considered part of the character of the watch. These cosmetic characteristics are not covered under the warranty.
Making a Warranty Claim
